  302. fact that Far East Expo is more than just Anime, it is the entire spectrum of

  317. I-Con, one of the largest Science Fiction & Fantasy Media conventions in the
  318. United States, has expanded their Anime related programming tracks. I-Con will
  319. be held April 12-14 1996 at the Stony Brook campus of the State University of
  320. New York.  It is located about 1.5 hours away from New York City.
  321.  
  322. Why is I-CON listed in a Anime/Manga Convention list?  Because it is one of the
  323. largest conventions on the East Coast, and the anime track of I-CON draws a
  324. considerable amount of people.  Although it is primarily a science fiction,
  325. fact and fantasy convention, expect plenty of guests from anime fandom and the

  546. event, and has been run for 6 continuous years!  Run professionally, by fans
  547. who believe 'professional' doesn't have to mean 'unapproachable' or 'cold'.
